Reclaiming Attention is a three week online guided study on the topic of resilience. Sessions will include independent and collective practice to cultivate internal quiet, creative intention, and connection with nature.Practioners include Shannon Cooney (Berlin), Dr. Allyson Quinlan (Chelsea), Tedd Robinson (Ottawa), Jared Gradinger (Berlin), Sigal Zouk (Berlin), Carmel Whittle (Ottawa) and Ras Kagiso Mpala (Ottawa).
