Dance Artist | Choreographer | Dance Educator | Craniosacral Practitioner

Shannon Cooney’s dance practices, creative research for her teaching and craniosacral work are parallel and interweaving streams. They are derived from her deep curiosity, experiences and wonder with the body and her connection with nature. Dance is the source for her connection to body-based practices: creating the ground for body and mind’s capacity for movement, imagination, healing and connection. Nature is a source for co-creative balance within all processes.
