Greetings from the height of Spring-blooming Berlin.
Schedule Alert: from 13.05- 22.06.2026 will be offline and on holidays.
There is so much to be grateful for, and Spring reminds me of this: of the attention, care and work it takes for a mature garden to bloom. In its blooming I feel I am constantly learning about reciprocity, listening, and attending.
May 2026, marks two decades of living, creating and presenting dance works, teaching and creating a dance practice I developed melding craniosacral stillness and movement. Two decades of developing my health facilitation practice melding Cransiosacral with Nature/Expanded consciousness, and two decades of gardening stewardship (of 5+ gardens thus far) in Berlin. This 20-yr ago above photo is from Absences, Serge Bennathan’s final work for Dancemakers, Toronto, 2006 with the company, Eve Egoyan on piano, Jay Gower Taylor set Design and Heather MacCrimmon’s costume design.
With this reflectrecently returned from Toronto, where I was grateful to have a weekend workshop hosted by the Toronto Love-In. It’s been a while since my last engagement in my home city in Canada, and the people who attended where seriously inspiring. The intergenerational representation on day one was incredible, and in attendance were artists from the Dancemakers era, Love-In more recent times, Berlin connections and now a fresh generation of curious movers.
Day two we had a very large group with many Deaf and HoH folks, intermingled with anosteopath, cranio practitioners, visual artists and of course beautiful dancer folk. My ASL teacher from the early 90’s was there, as well as long-time friend and film producer of Alexa Hickox. It was a joy to practice my rudimentary ASL ( “Home Signing”) and move through Moveable Cinema with these inspiring open-to-experimentation Toronto People.

New Workshops on the Horizon
Aging with Agility
Dates to be Announced soon.
In the process of creating a new workshop series, to share experience and hope in the resilience that grows from my teaching practice of Dynamic Expansion.
The joy in my decades of curiosity about the body, through dance, sport, Cranisoacral, Bodywork, Pilates and ELDOA, i see that aging can be a fluid process, and not reserved for once one is in a certain chronological age range. I see time again, how the nature of recovery from an injury, accident or surgical intervention can leaves a trace, a thickening, or wild adaptation on the physical body. I work with clients and witness over my 30 years in Craniosacral work, how a physical thickening-movement restriction can affect the mental, emotional health of a person and vice versa. In my own recoveries, i have done decades of research and experimentation to learn how to move with fluidity, and this fluid body movement is an incredible practice for my own agility. Can’t wait to share.
Stay tuned for workshop announcements for later this fall.
ELDOA™
ELDOA™
Finished a series for a Men’s Tennis Team over the winter of ELDOA for specific sportspersons. It was very rewarding due to it’s focus and the the members experiencing the long-term benefits of this fascial support for strength and mobility.
Practice: Since 2022 i am a practicing certified ELDOA™ Trainer, which is a unique and complex fascial stretching and strengthening technique. I am integrating this work into my private Craniosacral practice, and offering private and semi-private classes. Please contact me if you are interested
